Another revelation! While photographing this ice arrangement I was not satisfied with how the light was playing on the flowers. I turned around, saw my small swimming pool, and thought let’s try it in the pool! So, I popped that huge ice cube into the pool and immediately saw how that aqua color was going to be just the perfect color field. As it melted from the warm water underneath, the sunlight refracted through the thicker ice to create a lovely frame in the image. It is one of my very favorite designs now! It has, of course, a few of my favorite flowers with the peonies and Larkspur, and the Queen Anne’s lace added delicacy and whimsy! With the soft aqua border and white stripe you are ready for spring and summer occasions. It is 72 inches long, perfect for a sarong, tied blouse, or wrap.
